| Day 01,02 & 03: | Kovalam : Arrive at the coastal city of Trivandrum, upon your arrival our company representative will meet, assist and escort you to your hotel. (15 kms, ½ hour drive), Check in at your, Kovalam resort. Relax or proceed for the Trivandrum City tour. The interesting part of the town is the Fort area, and around the Shri Padmanabhaswamy temple and Puttan Malika palace, while the Shri Chitra Art Gallery and Napier Museum, stand together in a park in the north. | | Day 04: | | Kumarakom / Allappey House Boat : After breakfast, check out and Proceed for one of the vital and exciting stays of your tour. Check into your luxurious houseboat and explore the beautiful waterways of this coastal strip following the narrow, overgrown canals right into the heart of the villages. Sumptuous and lip smacking dishes are prepared onboard. At night the boat is anchored at a beautiful and quiet part of the lake. | Day 05: | | Kumarakom: After breakfast at the houseboat disembark at Kumarakom. the beautiful backwaters and the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary are the Highlights, check into your lakeside resort and enjoy your full day at leisure or there are activities aplenty at Kumarakom - Sunset Cruise, Indoor Games, Water Sports, sightseeing Trip to Kottayam, Cycling, Village Walks, and Ayurvedic treatments. | Day 06 & 07 : | | Munnar : After breakfast check out and drive to Munnar by road (175 kms /4 hrs). check in your resort and proceed to Munnar for the sightseeing, Munnar with sprawling tea estates, rolling hills, sparkling water falls, picture post card hamlets and valleys, munnar has the makings of an idyllic holiday destination. Nature walks, photography, trekking are some of the attractions here. Indias highest tea estate and home to the endangered nilgiri tahr are located nearby. | Day 08 : | | Cochin: After breakfast , check out and proceed to move to airport /railway station for departure to the home with fond memories of “God’s own Country”. | |
