How to avail the holiday package against the Gift Voucher |

Gift Voucher must be presented 15 days prior to Kerala Escape Holidays, before you commence your Holiday .Our reservation department will issue the holiday confirmation vouchers against the gift voucher value. |

Expiry Date

The Expiry date is printed on the Voucher. The expiry date of the voucher can be increased by paying an additional 10% of the total value of the voucher for an additional period of 6 months. |

Refund |

Kerala Escape Holidays will offer a refund within 14 days of purchase by deducting 5% of the Voucher value as administration charges. The Vouchers cannot be refunded after 14 days of Purchase. |

Amendments |

Amendments on any reservation less than 48 hours will be charged @ 5% of Holiday Package as administrational Charges. In the event of non arrivals our OWN terms and conditions apply. In the event of cancellation of holiday package after the holiday confirmation vouchers are issued the gift voucher stands invalid. Extension of holiday is possible with paying the supplement charges applicable for the extension. |

Delivery of Vouchers |

Lost or Stolen Vouchers |
| |
In the event of a lost gift Voucher kindly contact Kerala Escape Holidays immediately to invalidate the vouchers. We will then issue another voucher pack with a covering letter what has been bought. We cannot however issue a replacement voucher. Kerala Escape Holidays will then personally handle your reservation. |

Dispute |

Any disputes hereunder will be governed by Indian Law and subject to the Jurisdiction of the court in Cochin, Kerala, India. |
